Inside Sales & Order Operations Coordinator

Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Order Operations Coordinator to support our sales team and keep operations running smoothly.
This role is a blend of inside sales, customer support, and order processing. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, entering orders accurately, and helping move opportunities through the pipeline.
This is not just data entry—you’ll need to think, prioritize, and problem-solve while working in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist in preparing and sending quotes
- Follow up on open quotes and opportunities
- Accurately enter and process customer orders
- Verify pricing, quantities, and delivery details
- Coordinate with vendors and operations to fulfill orders
- Track order status and communicate updates to customers
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact the customer
- Support the sales team with day-to-day activities
