Executive Operations Assistant (Sales & CEO Support)

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $33,000 - $46,000 per year (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented Executive Operations Assistant to directly support the CEO and his book of business.
This is not a traditional assistant role. This position requires someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and take initiative without constant direction.
You will play a critical role in keeping day-to-day operations organized, supporting customer accounts, and helping streamline internal processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the CEO in managing customer accounts and day-to-day business activities
- Create reports, track data, and maintain organized records (Excel proficiency preferred)
- Handle order entry, documentation, and administrative workflows
- Communicate directly with customers to support account needs and resolve issues
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to processes and workflows
- Assist in coordinating logistics, deliveries, and service-related tasks
- Maintain organization across multiple moving pieces and priorities
- Step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Background in construction, logistics, or fuel industry is a bonus (not required)
