We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our fast-growing used car dealership. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy, high-volume environment and has a passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle.
This is a commission-driven role with uncapped earning potential for strong closers who can generate leads, manage customers, and close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers on the lot and via phone/email inquiries
- Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
- Understand customers’ needs and match them with the right vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and structure deals to meet dealership goals
- Input and manage leads in DealerCenter or other CRM software
- Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure smooth deal processing
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and team members
Requirements:
- 2 year of automotive sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with DealerCenter, Dealertrack, or other dealership software (preferred)
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as required
