Senior Painting Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for all active production projects
- Primary point of contact for clients after contracts are signed
- Scheduling and coordination of crews, subcontractors, and materials
- On-site quality control, cleanliness, and safety
- Proactive issue resolution and complaint management
- Final walkthroughs and close-out documentation
- Managing job profitability, efficiency, and timelines
- Hiring, training, and leading painting crews
- CRM updates, SOP execution, and process improvement
- Representing the Paint2Last brand on every job site
- Strong people leadership and customer-service instincts
- Calm, professional communicator with clients and crews
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Comfortable being in the field daily (job sites, driving, client visits)
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively with clients and crews.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Base Salary: $65,000/year (bi-weekly pay)
- Performance bonuses based on project quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction metrics.
- 5-Star Review Bonus: $50 per review
- Referral Bonus: $150 per booked job
- Gas & Phone Stipend: $200/month
