Junior Project Manager - Painting Production

Key Responsibilities
- Manage active residential and light commercial painting projects
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during production
- Coordinate schedules, crews, and subcontractors to keep jobs on track
- Ensure job-site readiness, cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
- Communicate daily updates and expectations to customers
- Help resolve issues or complaints quickly and professionally
- Track progress, photos, notes, and updates in the CRM
- Support final walkthroughs and job close-outs
- Assist with materials coordination and basic job planning
- Fluent in English and Spanish required to communicate with clients and crews.
- Strong people skills and customer-service mindset
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in the field and driving between job sites
- Coachable, motivated, and eager to grow into senior responsibility
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Prior experience in painting, construction, or field operations is a plus, but not required if you bring the right attitude and work ethic.
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Pay Range: $55,000 to $75,000 per year (based on experience performance bonuses)
- Bonus opportunities based on project quality, timeliness, and customer feedback.
- 5-Star Review Bonus: $50 per review
