We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to oversee and grow our online presence. This role will be responsible for developing engaging content that showcases our painting projects, highlights our craftsmanship, and strengthens our brand visibility across social media platforms. The ideal candidate understands visual storytelling, has experience in home service marketing, and can turn completed projects into compelling digital content that generates leads and builds trust.Compensation:$15 - $20 hourlyResponsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goalsCreate, schedule, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, before-and-after showcases)Capture on-site project content when neededWrite compelling captions and calls-to-action that drive engagement and lead generationManage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)Monitor messages, comments, and online reviews; respond in a timely and professional mannerPlan and manage paid advertising campaignsTrack analytics and provide monthly performance reports with recommendationsMaintain brand consistency across all digital platformsCollaborate with the sales and operations team to highlight recent projects and promotionsStay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practicesQualifications:Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business (home services industry preferred)Strong photography and short-form video editing skillsProficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)Experience running and optimizing paid social media adsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlinesBasic understanding of branding and marketing strategyAbility to analyze performance data and adjust strategy accordinglySelf-motivated and able to work independentlyPortfolio or examples of previous social media work requiredAbout CompanyPaint It Right is a residential and commercial painting company with a supreme focus on customer service.
