Medical Receptionist
Full-Time | $18-$20/hr | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

We are looking for a welcoming and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to help manage front-office operations at our Chesterfield, MO location. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for patients while supporting appointment scheduling, medical records, and daily administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients, complete check-in and check-out, and collect copays and deposits.
- Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and coordinate new and follow-up appointments.
- Prepare registration documents, verify patient information, and maintain electronic medical records.
- Create and update patient charts while ensuring records remain accurate and confidential.
- Reach out to patients when earlier appointment times become available.
- Communicate courteously with patients, families, providers, and office staff.
- Help keep the front office organized and examination rooms prepared.
- Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and established facility procedures.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one year of administrative experience.
- At least one year of hands-on experience using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Previous healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar applications.
- Understanding of medical terminology, recordkeeping, and patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a busy healthcare setting.
