Overview
We’re looking for a Merchandising Go-to-Market Lead to own storytelling, positioning, and launch strategies that connect our products with customers in compelling and conversion-driven ways.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role partners closely with Merchandising, Design, Marketing, and Creative. You’ll explore and leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation and deliver messaging across multiple channels quickly and effectively — ensuring we connect with customers in a meaningful way. In this role, you’ll translate product strategy into compelling customer-facing narratives that bring PACT’s products and purpose to life.

- Reports to: Chief Product Officer
- Develop clear, compelling value propositions and messaging for seasonal collections and hero products.
- Translate fabric, fit, and function details into simple, inspiring consumer language.
- Build seasonal narratives that elevate PACT’s sustainability commitments and connect emotionally with our customers.
- Lead seasonal launch planning in partnership with the Merchant, aligning storytelling with business priorities and buy strategies.
- Create launch toolkits for Marketing, Paid Media, Site Merchandising, and Creative teams — including naming conventions, messaging hierarchy, and key benefits.
- Ensure messaging is consistent, conversion-focused, and channel-ready across all consumer touchpoints.
- Explore and leverage AI-powered content tools to:
- Draft and iterate product copy, site descriptions, email subject lines, and ad messaging.
- Test variations and optimize messaging based on engagement and conversion data.
- Scale content creation while maintaining PACT’s brand voice and storytelling standards.
- Partner closely with the Women’s Merchant on launch sequencing, hero product priorities, and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with Design and Product Development to deeply understand the story behind every product.
- Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Creative, and Paid Media teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback, competitive messaging, and product performance to refine positioning.
- Use insights and analytics to continually optimize storytelling for engagement and conversion impact.
- 7–10 years in product marketing, merchandising strategy, or brand storytelling, within DTC apparel.
- Exceptional writing and messaging skills — able to turn product details into compelling, conversion-driven stories.
- Comfortable exploring and leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate content development and scale messaging effectively.
- Highly collaborative and adept at working across Product, Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative teams.

Salary:
- $130-150k 15% bonus; this is a good-faith estimate; actual compensation will be commensurate with experience
