General Purpose

This role assists with the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, prepares financial reports, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data.
Responsibilities And Duties:
- Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and assist with closing activities.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and organizational policies.
- Review census and payer mix revenue to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as required.
- Partner with operations, payroll, and accounts payable teams to ensure accurate financial data.
Senior Accountant
The Senior Accountant plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the organization’s financial records while ensuring full compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
