We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter with proven expertise in filling executive-level positions within large organizations, preferably in a global/and or construction industry. This role is critical to ensure our client’s leadership pipeline remains strong and aligns with the company’s growth strategy. The Corporate Recruiter will nurture relationships with prospective talent, develop candidate pipelines for executive global positions, research, assess and identify new and innovative strategies and tools for recruiting great talent and manage business relationships with internal clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience with full cycle recruiting for Executive positions and excellent communication skills.
- Pay: $55-$65/hour DOE
- 100% Remote (must reside in California)
- Contract (6 months)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with senior leadership to understand executive hiring needs and organizational priorities.
- Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract top-tier executive talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, outreach, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive networking and industry engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and promote inclusive recruitment practices.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of experience in corporate recruiting, with a focus on executive search.
- Prior experience recruiting for large companies; construction industry background strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executives and stakeholders.
- Expertise in leveraging recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and digital outreach strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
