The primary purpose of the Project Manager is to be responsible for management and control of major capital projects throughout the organization. Duties include:
Qualifications:
BS Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred
AT least 10 (ten) years of experience managing major capital projects. At least 5 (five) years’ experience in cement industry specifically.
Ability to Travel extensively - Travel expected to range between 50% and 75% of the time.
Manager is expected to be on the project site when construction work is ongoing.

| Site construction management of civil, structural, mechanical and electrical system installation |
| Project estimating, implementation and supervision |
| Perform reporting and administrative functions to ensure correct billing and accounting practices are followed |
| Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasting |
| Ensure purchasing guidelines are followed |
| Ensure excellent product quality and customer service |
| Establish and maintain strong customer relations |
| Ensure operational plan is executed on time and on cost |
| Compute cost factors and prepares estimates, bids and proposals used for management purposes |
| Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines |
| Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints or construction problems |
| Ensure contractors and project staff adheres to safety standards applicable for the construction site |
| Responsible for contract generation and negotiations |

- Knowledgeable in engineering management, construction management, construction execution and cement plant operations
- Microsoft Office Products. AutoCAD. General computer proficiency.
- Good communication skills with peers and contractors.
