Job Summary
An Inventory Processing Assistant will keep track of products, research and correct inventory for accuracy. They will manage cycle counts and orders to facilitate sales or production. Their duties include counting the number of available products and placing orders for more inventory according to demand.
Major Responsibilities
- Performs inventory cycle counts and adjustments
- Review and research lost and found inventory adjustments
- Assist in fixing production entry mistakes
- Assist in lot # management and releasing items on hold
- Create and accept production entries for MPs to extend shelf life on items approved by Quality Control Department
- Assist in Production Scheduling (Blending, Packing and Re-labeling)
- Compliance with Food Defense, GMP and Glass Programs
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- 3 Years using ERP systems
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
