Role SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Team Member to support our sales organization and deliver a high level of service to our customers. This role partners closely with Account Managers, Sales Management, and internal departments to manage order activity, resolve issues, and ensure timely, accurate communication.
This is an on-site role that requires strong organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team by monitoring customer order activity, order status, pricing, product availability, and lead times
- Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow
- Troubleshoot order-related issues and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives when constraints arise
- Partner with Account Managers to meet and exceed customer service expectations
- Prepare reports, compile sales data, and maintain accurate system records
- Track and follow up on sales inquiries, issues, and service requests
- Ensure all computer entries and documentation are accurate and up to date
- High school diploma required, some college preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working with sales teams and customer accounts preferred
