- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers—including executive leadership, clinical directors, program directors, admissions, and nursing staff—using a “Total Facility” approach
- Cultivate and expand strategic facility partnerships, managing prospects from initial engagement through to the handoff for execution by the Director of Facility Development, who leads discussions on operational processes and ensures smooth onboarding.
- Deliver compelling, education-based presentations that clearly communicate clinical value and operational ease.
- Leverage CRM tools to track activity, manage pipeline, and prioritize high-conversion partnership opportunities
- Partner with intake, marketing, and operations to ensure closed-loop feedback and maximize partner conversion and activation
- Provide Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to improve partner experience, messaging, and operational performance

- Coordinate and attend community engagement events to build and expand clinical trial participant pipeline.
- Deliver presentations and research materials to providers, caregivers, and community organizations to promote education and visibility on the value and process of clinical trial participation.
