Bilingual Human Resources Specialist | English & French
Job Description: The ideal candidate will be bilingual in French and have a strong background in HR practices and procedures, with the ability to effectively support factory direct hire recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance initiatives.
Shift and Benefits:
- 1st Shift - Mon to Fri 7:30 to 4:15pm flex schedule with a 30m lunch

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage recruitment processes, especially of factory staff, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
· Oversee onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
· French language translation
· Assist with employee relations, resolving workplace issues, and a positive work environment.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
· Maintain accurate employee records and support HR administrative functions.
· Act as a language and cultural liaison to enhance communication with diverse groups of employees.
Qualifications:
· Previous 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources in a factory environment (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations)
· Microsoft Excel strong experience.
· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
· Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws is preferred.
· Fully fluent in French language.
