POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant position is a consolidated position that is responsible for supporting both the executive team and the organization through high-level administrative functions. A successful Executive Administrative Assistant will help facilitate executive communication and planning, consistently perform a subset of administrative duties, be organized and accountable in the performance of business duties, contribute to and adopt developed PLIB standards of process, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
The position is full-time hourly, non-exempt, with approximately 40 hours a week.
This position is in person to start, with hybrid-remote options possible, as tasks allow. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. The starting salary for this position is $26-30/hr., or aligned with the existing pay scale, taking into account tenure with the company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Monitor email inboxes and phone lines to triage and resolve internal and external requests
- Maintain individual and organizational calendars and contacts
- Make travel and event arrangements, as well as prepare for and host business guests
