As an AT&T Customer Representative, you will:
- Travel throughout assigned territories to meet with residential customers.
- Conduct in-person sales presentations highlighting AT&T wireless products and services.
- Recommend products and service plans based on each customer's needs.
- Address customer questions and overcome objections with professionalism.
- Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and securely using company systems.
- Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade existing customers or add additional services.
- Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with other sales members during meetings, training, and field activities.
