AT&T Sales Assistant (Paid Training)

As an AT&T Sales Assistant, you'll represent AT&T products and services while building positive customer relationships through in-person interactions. You will prioritize clarity, collaboration, and execution so every campaign stays sharp and effective.

Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Assistant:

• Meet with prospective customers in-person to educate them on AT&T products and service options.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Knowing what your customers’ goals are and developing dynamic sales and marketing strategies to help them achieve or exceed their targets through our wireless plans and offering.
• Build rapport with customers and recommend solutions based on their needs.
• Generate new customer accounts through professional, in-person outreach.
• Maintain expert knowledge of AT&T products, promotions, and service offerings.
• Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen your sales, communication, and leadership skills.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment built on integrity and professionalism.

What We're Looking For in an AT&T Sales Assistant:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment.
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused.
