We are seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager to join a newly established Commercial Excellence function, a team at the forefront of shaping how the company goes to market, drives customer profitability, and unlocks new growth opportunities.

The Strategic Pricing Manager will bring both analytical depth and commercial acumen — developing innovative pricing models, refining customer segmentation strategies, and building the tools and insights that will empower sales and operational teams across the Americas.

This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong data and business instincts, eager to make an immediate impact on a lean, high-visibility team driving transformation. You’ll have the freedom to shape pricing strategy from the ground up, influence multimillion-dollar decisions, and directly contribute to how the organization differentiates and competes in a complex, customer-centric industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies that align with business objectives, balancing competitiveness, customer value, and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and commercial data to identify pricing opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with commercial, finance, and operations teams to ensure consistent and effective pricing execution across regions and customer segments.
  • Build and refine pricing models and tools to support data-driven decision-making and improve transparency in pricing processes.
  • Monitor performance and profitability, using dashboards and reports to recommend ongoing adjustments and optimization.
  • Support broader commercial analytics initiatives, providing insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • Proven experience in strategic pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics, ideally in a B2B or complex service environment.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence across teams and levels.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable building new processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
