Recruiter (Executive Search Associate) – Philadelphia Office
Start Date: June 2026 - New Graduate Cohort Program

We are currently looking for an Executive Search Associate for our Philadelphia office.

You’ll be trained to take a consultative approach, going beyond traditional recruiting to build long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit highly qualified professionals using market research, referrals, and networking
- Build relationships through strategic outreach, cold calling, and meaningful candidate conversations
- Interview and evaluate candidates to assess skills, experience, and career goals
- Partner with hiring managers and key decision makers to understand their needs
- Coordinate video and on-site interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach, appointments, and pipelines
- Manage and grow a database of companies, candidates, and industry contacts
- Track and execute targeted search and email marketing campaigns
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in sales, recruitment, customer service and/or professional services environment.
- A natural drive to prospect and build new relationships, you love “the hunt”
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a solution-focused mindset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust
- A true team player
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in our Philadelphia office 5 days a week. 2 days from home 3 days in office after 6 months.
