This facility is a large-scale operation (500 employees) and plays a pivotal role in the organization’s overall performance and growth strategy.

The Opportunity
This site is experiencing significant growth and investment, creating the need for a leader who can scale operations, drive performance, and build a high-performing culture. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of plant operations, with a focus on:
- Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Supporting capacity expansion and site growth
- Enhancing safety, quality, and delivery performance
- Developing leadership capability and bench strength across the site
- Partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a large, complex manufacturing facility (500 headcount)Deliver world-class performance across safety, quality, cost, and service
- Champion lean manufacturing and operational excellence programs
- Build and sustain a high-performance, engaged culture
- Lead change and transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption at all levels
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams
- Drive long-term site strategy, including growth and adjacent operational opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and strategic leader who brings:
- Proven experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations
- A track record of transforming and scaling plant performance
- Strong background in continuous improvement / Lean / Six / Sigma
- Exceptional people leadership and culture-building capabilities
- Experience managing complex, fast-paced industrial environments
- The ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
