The Role:
We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of events at contracted hotels and venues throughout Los Angeles and Southern California. This role bridges logistics, labor, scheduling, and on-the-ground execution, ensuring events are properly staffed, equipped, and supported from advance through show close.
The Operations Manager works closely with internal teams and field staff to manage multiple concurrent events and maintain consistent service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational execution of conferences, meetings, and high-end events
- Manage labor scheduling and staffing across multiple events and venues
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and operational workflows to support event delivery
- Support field teams during live events as needed to ensure smooth execution
- Utilize Lasso systems for inventory coordination and scheduling
- Serve as an operational point of contact for internal teams and venue partners
- Identify and resolve operational challenges across simultaneous events
- Maintain oversight of event readiness, staffing coverage, and execution quality

- Proven operations experience with a professional AV production company
- Strong understanding of hotel AV environments and event workflows
- Experience using Lasso inventory and scheduling systems
