The Role:
We are seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Manager to oversee the tracking, organization, and deployment of professional A/V equipment across multiple simultaneous events and contracted venues. This role is central to ensuring that every event is properly equipped, accurately prepared, and efficiently supported from warehouse to show site.
The Inventory & Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining system accuracy, supporting event readiness, and ensuring equipment is properly prepped, returned, and maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Track, organize, and manage professional audio, video, and lighting inventory across multiple events and locations
- Oversee pull, pack, prep, and return workflows for all outbound and inbound equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Lasso inventory systems
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, tested, cleaned, and stored
- Coordinate equipment deployment to support concurrent events and contracted properties
- Identify discrepancies, losses, or maintenance issues and address them proactively
- Support operational teams by ensuring inventory readiness aligns with event schedules
- Maintain a highly organized, systems-driven warehouse environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Direct experience managing professional AV inventory (audio, lighting, and video)
- Strong working knowledge of rental workflows, including prep, pull/pack, and returns
- Experience using Lasso inventory systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
- Ability to manage inventory in a fast-paced, multi-event production environment
