We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Caregiver to provide exceptional personal care and support to individuals in various care settings. Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate medical documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Support medication administration following proper protocols and home healthcare regulations
- Provide specialized care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory impairments in memory or hospice care settings
- Utilize patient transfer methods including Hoyer lifts and proper body mechanics to ensure safety during mobility assistance
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of privacy and professionalism
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment for clients
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification with current licensure; prior experience in assisted living or nursing home environments highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or geriatrics
- Knowledge of medical terminology, catheter care, end-of-life care, and basic life support (BLS) including CPR certification
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient information and medical records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in home health or community care settings
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, patient transfers, and long shifts; ability to perform patient personal care assistance safely
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams
- Compliance with all home health care regulations and standards for patient safety and confidentiality

Dayshift FRI-SUN 7am-3pm
Swingshift FRI-SUN 3pm-11pm)
Nightshift: FRI-SUN (11pm-7am)
Will be hiring out 2 people for either 2 12 hour shifts or 3 people for the 3 shifts listed above.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
