What are the responsibilities and job description for the User Experience Researcher position at Pacer Group?
Exciting opportunity to support a large-scale customer experience and AI transformation. In this entry-level role, you’ll help plan and execute user research activities that improve customer and employee experiences across eCommerce, POS, onboarding, and internal tools.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with participant recruitment, scheduling & logistics
- Capture notes and organize qualitative data from interviews & usability tests
- Maintain research documentation, personas & journey maps
- Support quick-turn usability tests, surveys & other research activities
What we’re looking for:
- 0–2 years in UX research, research ops, or related field (internships welcome)
- Knowledge of basic research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong organizational & collaboration skills
- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Google Sheets; UserTesting/Dovetail a plus
