Responsibilities:Kronos and Payroll Analyst will be a member of the payroll operations team working with the vendor to ensure that all Kronos payrolls are processed, filed, audited and correctly paid to each employee’s record. This role will be the primary point for the areas related to Kronos payroll processes. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payrolls related processes in accordance with Federal and State and Local laws. Prepare documentation on all processes involving the Kronos system and other payroll related processes as needed. Manage special projects/tasks and provide support to Payroll Team as a Kronos expert. Collaborate and communicate with business partners, peers and other departments to ensure organizational and vendor expectations are met. Serve as a subject matter expert on all projects that require Kronos expertise.
