SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

✔️10 years of experience as a Teamcenter Business Analyst or Functional Consultant

✔️Deep expertise in Teamcenter versions 14 and above (TC 14 )

✔️Strong functional mastery of key TC Modules: My Teamcenter, Structure Manager, Workflows, Change Manager, Classification, Report Builder, Query Builder, and Access Manager

✔️Expertise in Product Configurator, Options & Variants, and Manufacturing Process Planner (TcMfg)

✔️Robust understanding of Teamcenter Data Model and 2T/4T Architecture with direct exposure to Active Workspace Client (AWC) and Electronic Work Instructions (EWI)

✔️Ability to transform complex business requirements into functional scenarios using Use Cases, State Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams

Secondary (Good to Have):

✔️Good knowledge and hands-on experience with relational databases, specifically MS SQL Server

✔️Strong understanding of CAD integrations (NX, SWIM, TcAI, IPEM) and functional integration with third-party web-based applications

✔️Background handling product structures authored from CAD to Teamcenter

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Elite Senior Teamcenter Business Analyst with a robust functional background to join our core PLM Project Team on-site in Fort Worth, TX. Operating as a critical bridge between enterprise business units and technical development teams, the successful architect will leverage over a decade of PLM experience to capture, analyze, and translate complex manufacturing requirements into scalable Teamcenter solutions. This role demands deep specialized knowledge in Teamcenter 14 environments, advanced product configuration (Options & Variants), and structural data mappings. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of authoring precise technical blueprints, evaluating end-to-end Change Management lifecycles, and modernizing global product structures within Active Workspace (AWC) frameworks.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️Interface directly with cross-functional business stakeholders and product teams to extract, analyze, and transform high-level engineering and manufacturing needs into detailed functional requirement documents.

✔️Model and blueprint system behaviors by generating comprehensive Use Cases, State Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams to guide technical configuration and architecture.

✔️Design and govern end-to-end Change Management workflows within Teamcenter, effectively mapping the entire process from initial Problem Reports (PR) through Change Requests (CR) to finalized Change Orders (CO).

✔️Manage product configuration parameters for complex product structures, guiding how variations are authored from upstream CAD tools down to Teamcenter Structure Manager and Manufacturing Process Planner (TcMfg).

✔️Configure and consult on foundational Teamcenter architecture components including Access Manager rules, complex Query/Report Builders, and customized engineering workflow processes.

✔️Provide functional oversight on system integrations, ensuring data integrity across native CAD connectors (NX, SWIM, TcAI, IPEM) and modern web-based enterprise applications.

✔️Collaborate closely with the broader Teamcenter Project Team to validate solution designs against the 2T/4T architecture, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure alignment with corporate PLM milestones.
