SKILLS REQUIRED:
Primary (Must-Have):
✔️7 years of deep expertise on the ServiceNow platform.
✔️5 years of specialized experience in the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) domain.
✔️Architectural Leadership: 4 years of hands-on experience architecting complex solutions.
✔️Proven Delivery: Participated in 20 ServiceNow implementations across various disciplines.
✔️Product Breadth: Proven experience in at least 2 additional product lines outside of SPM.
✔️Technical Proficiency: High-level understanding of scripting, app development, web services, APIs, and mobile application design.
✔️Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and SPM CIS Certifications.
Secondary (Good to Have):
✔️Certified Technical Architect (CTA) designation is highly preferred.
✔️Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
✔️Strong ability to define Risk vs. Value propositions for 3rd-party integrations.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an elite ServiceNow Senior Manager to provide strategic architectural oversight and technical leadership. This role requires a seasoned leader with 18 years of total experience who can translate complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions. You will act as the final escalation point for technical decisions, lead high-level design workshops, and mentor junior/mid-level development teams while ensuring all configurations align with ServiceNow best practices and future-proof organizational goals.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️Technical Strategy & Architecture: Lead requirements workshops and design discussions, providing architectural documentation and high-level technical guidance.
✔️Development Leadership: Fulfill advanced development and configuration duties while providing oversight, peer reviews, and guidance to the implementation project team.
✔️Solution Design: Define technical stacks, frameworks, and modular interactions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and supportable.
✔️Governance & OCM: Clearly articulate platform governance frameworks to stakeholders and support Organizational Change Management efforts to ensure user adoption.
✔️Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the maturity of delivery processes, best practices, and capability development within the organization.
✔️Scoping & Mentorship: Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, design delivery tools, and act as a mentor for assigned project resources.
