SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
✔️Expert-level proficiency in Qualys AI and TruConfirm configuration and implementation.
✔️6–8 years of professional experience in Security Engineering and Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM).
✔️Proven track record in AI/ETM (Enterprise Threat Management) onboarding and capability scaling.
✔️Strong process engineering skills with the ability to design, document, and implement enterprise-level security workflows.
✔️Deep understanding of security tool integration within complex, large-scale infrastructure.
Secondary (Good to Have):
✔️Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
✔️Background in automated configuration management and security policy enforcement.
✔️Exceptional technical documentation skills for architectural and operational workflows.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Security Engineer to join our Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) team in a critical hybrid capacity. The successful candidate will drive the adoption of cutting-edge security capabilities, specifically focusing on the deployment and optimization of Qualys AI and TruConfirm. You will serve as the technical lead for AI/ETM onboarding, translating complex security requirements into streamlined, production-ready operational processes across the enterprise.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️Security Engineering Leadership: Lead end-to-end AI/ETM onboarding initiatives and the rollout of new security capabilities enterprise-wide.
✔️Qualys AI Deployment: Execute the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Qualys AI and TruConfirm tools to enhance organizational threat posture.
✔️Process Engineering: Analyze existing security workflows to design, implement, and document improved processes that reduce technical debt and increase operational efficiency.
✔️Operational Support & Integration: Support the seamless integration of security tools with existing infrastructure while coordinating technical issue resolution during implementation phases.
✔️Documentation & Governance: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration standards, policy definitions, and operational playbooks to ensure audit readiness and knowledge transfer.
