Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.

- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress effectively.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and product demonstrations.
Data & Analytics
- Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance.
- Utilize client, advisor, and operational data to drive product decisions.
- Work with reporting and analytics teams to measure business outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
Experience
- 8 years of experience in BFSI domain.
- 3 years of experience as Product Owner/Product Manager.
- Strong experience in Custodial Wealth Management platforms and processes.
