POSITION OVERVIEW

The Embedded Product Development Engineer sits within the Embedded Software Engineering department and reports directly to the Director of Product Development. This executive-level professional will solve complex hardware-software integration and product lifecycle challenges by leading the architecture, design, and development of mission-critical embedded solutions.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide critical technical expertise required to create comprehensive, production-grade embedded software requirements.

• Lead the full-lifecycle design and development of new embedded software components from concept through final production.

• Integrate new software solutions seamlessly with existing embedded software and hardware components.

• Drive object-oriented analysis, architectural design, and robust implementation across core C firmware and applications.

• Leverage Linux OS environments, XML, SQL, and scripting languages (Python/Bash) to optimize system operations and performance.
