POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team in Columbus, GA. This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying market opportunities and delivering strategic solutions within the banking sector. You will act as the bridge between client needs and technical execution, leveraging your expertise in product design and Agile methodologies to ensure that our banking products are both innovative and compliant with industry regulations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️Strategic Product Development: Develop and implement business strategies to capitalize on emerging trends within the banking sector.

✔️Agile Workflow Management: Lead project delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies, ensuring optimized timelines and high-quality outcomes.

✔️Requirement Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the full requirement lifecycle—from gathering and documentation to validation—ensuring all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

✔️Stakeholder & Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, facilitating workshops to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.

✔️Business Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth market research and business analysis to inform strategic decision-making and project planning.

✔️Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, development, and compliance teams to ensure all solutions align with the company’s mission and regulatory requirements.
