Key Responsibilities:
• Support deal reviews and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions.
• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts in alignment with corporate policies and legal requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to contract strategy development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification in contract management is a plus.
• 6–8 years of experience in contract negotiation and administration, preferably in a corporate or legal setting.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities with sound judgment and attention to detail.
