Seeking a Mainframe Analyst/Developer (5 YOE) who can support business processes, resolve system issues, and perform targeted coding changes. This role is a blend of analysis and development, focused on improving plant and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze issues, gather requirements, and support user requests.
- Create test plans and technical documentation.
- Develop and troubleshoot in COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, IMS.
- Partner with business users and offshore teams for delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of IT experience with strong mainframe skills.
- Manufacturing or inventory/scheduling experience is a plus.
