Primary (Must-Have):

✔️ Java Microservices & Core Java: Expert-level development using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot to construct highly available, scalable enterprise backend architectures.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly sophisticated Geospatial Senior Engineer to join our engineering division on a hybrid basis in Charlotte, NC. This position demands a versatile developer possessing over 8 years of foundational Java experience who can seamlessly tie together modern backend microservices, real-time Kafka event streams, and map-centric Angular frontend dashboards. The candidate will champion the technical execution of location-intelligence systems while introducing forward-thinking concepts such as Spring AI to deliver deep analytical value and robust operational stability.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️ Design, deploy, and support advanced geospatial web applications matching high-performance Angular interfaces with resilient Java fullstack backends.

✔️ Build out event-driven architecture components utilizing Kafka to stream, track, and analyze large-scale spatial and transactional datasets with sub-second latency.

✔️ Formulate clean, modular, and maintainable Java microservices code using industry-standard design patterns to enhance overall system extensibility.

✔️ Tune application performance, conduct service profiling, refine database access layers, and implement bulletproof error-handling across Kafka and REST ecosystems.

✔️ Collaborate in an Agile environment with distributed product squads to map complex analytical requirements into structured, scalable technical blueprints.

✔️ Write systematic unit, integration, and automated verification suites to maintain rigid code quality and ensure regression-free platform upgrades.
