SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):

Secondary (Good to Have):
- IVVI Video Acquisition System experience
- VIOP phone systems / refuel floor IT support
- Field IT / Plant / Industrial site support
- Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCENT, CompTIA A
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The IT Analyst supports critical in-vessel inspection operations at nuclear customer sites by setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting IVVI video acquisition systems and supporting IT infrastructure on the refuel floor. This role requires strong desktop, server, and network troubleshooting skills in high-demand, industrial environments. The analyst ensures operational readiness of video encoder systems, site servers, and connected devices during inspections.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IVVI video acquisition systems
- Support refuel floor IT components, VIOP phones, and site servers
- Provide desktop support for Windows-based PCs and applications
- Configure and maintain on-site network parameters
- Support PC video encoder hardware and software during inspections
