Executive Summary: The Industrial Project Manager will be a pivotal driver in overseeing industrial improvement initiatives and production ramp-up phases. Tasked with leading cross-functional teams, this role ensures that complex work packages are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict alignment with aerospace quality standards. The successful candidate will act as the primary integrator between engineering, operations, and the Technical Review Board to ensure seamless program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrated Team Leadership: Facilitate weekly cross-functional meetings to synchronize activities across various work packages and business partners.
• Schedule Governance: Develop and maintain high-fidelity program schedules, ensuring all phases remain harmonized with overall organizational milestones.
• Technical Change Oversight: Lead the end-to-end change management process, ensuring all engineering changes are presented to the Technical Review Board with accurate cost-impact analysis.
• Deliverable Accountability: Oversee the rigorous review and approval process for all phase-gate deliverables, ensuring 100% compliance with governing processes.
• Performance Reporting: Actively monitor the lifecycle of project changes and provide transparent, data-driven progress reports to executive leadership.
• Stakeholder Integration: Interface effectively with diverse business partners to maintain alignment on project timelines and recovery strategies.

Technical Depth & Industry Standards:

• Aerospace Proficiency: Direct experience within the aerospace sector, specifically regarding industrial ramp-up and manufacturing improvements.
• Engineering Foundation: Solid understanding of engineering principles to effectively interface with technical teams during the change-management cycle.
• Systems Fluency: Superior proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Suite) for collaborative documentation, advanced data tracking, and real-time reporting.
