Job Summary
We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on real-time production support, process improvement, troubleshooting, work instruction development, tooling support, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to improve safety, quality, and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing operations and production floor activities.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Create, update, and maintain work instructions and process documentation.
- Conduct time studies and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects.
- Validate and implement tooling and equipment improvements.
- Participate in safety, quality, and production meetings.
- Drive corrective actions and process standardization.
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects with measurable results
