Shift: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET

SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field – [Required]
  • Minimum 3 years of HRIS Analyst experience – [Required]
  • Recent hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM – [Required]
  • Strong analytical and database management skills – [Required]
  • Experience with data integrity, reporting, and HRIS system support – [Required]
  • Strong Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables – [Required]
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment – [Required]
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills – [Required]
  • Experience with HRIS data entry, audits, and reporting – [Required]

Secondary (Good to Have):

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • SQL or advanced reporting/data analysis skills
  • Experience with system upgrades, enhancements, or patches
  • Exposure to integrations, data imports, and exports
  • Understanding of HR functions including recruiting, compensation, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
  • Experience with UAT/system testing and process mapping


POSITION OVERVIEW

Performs a variety of day-to-day Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions, ensuring data integrity and the accurate processing and reporting of HR data. Works independently under general direction while handling non-routine issues by determining appropriate actions and interpreting guidelines, policies, and procedures. Serves as the primary point of contact for transactional HRIS issues and concerns from employees, managers, HRBPs, and internal HR teams.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure accurate job, position, compensation, benefit, and payroll data for over 16,000 employees
  • Respond to system errors and processing adjustments while maintaining segregation of duties
  • Develop and maintain data audits to ensure compliance and data accuracy
  • Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams for issue resolution
  • Lead testing efforts for system updates, patches, and enhancements
  • Maintain integrity and accuracy of HRIS databases and employee records
  • Generate routine daily, weekly, and monthly reports along with ad hoc reporting requests
  • Perform group data updates, imports, exports, and data clean-up activities
  • Research and resolve HRIS data discrepancies and reporting issues
  • Conduct HR-related data analysis including compensation, classification, benefits, and employee relations data
  • Provide timely resolution to service requests and transactional issues
  • Train end users on HRIS processes and functionality as needed
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for HRIS systems and recommend process enhancements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  6. When learning a new process, how do you ensure accuracy before working independently?
  7. How do you balance speed vs accuracy in a high-volume HRIS environment?
