POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking an experienced Tech Lead within the Engineering Department reporting to the Director of Technology to drive the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical HP NonStop applications. This role solves complex performance and reliability challenges for core transaction processing systems to ensure stable, high-availability enterprise delivery for the client.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical leadership for the analysis, design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of HP NonStop applications, including batch and online transaction processing components using TAL, TACL, COBOL, SQL, C, and Pathway.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis in mission-critical NonStop environments while collaborating closely with business, operations, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and release support to ensure high availability and adherence to rigorous client standards and control requirements.
• Develop and maintain HP NonStop applications using TAL while supporting online transaction processing systems and batch processing components.
• Perform impact analysis, support system testing, and deliver comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge transfer for continuous improvement.
