SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
• 10 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on Front-End development
• 6 years of specialized experience in Drupal CMS and Drupal Administration
• Expert-level Drupal theming utilizing Twig template engine
• Advanced front-end development proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including jQuery)
• Proven experience with asset and theme configuration using YAML and libraries management (specifically managing CSS/JS via .libraries.yml files)
Secondary (Good to Have):

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an elite Senior Drupal Front-End Developer to support a critical digital transformation, build, and migration effort across a hybrid engagement out of Phoenix, AZ or Columbus, OH. The role sits within our core Digital Engineering function and focuses heavily on developing, modernizing, and scaling the presentation layer of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between backend capabilities and design mockups, translating complex requirements into highly responsive, accessible, and maintainable digital experiences.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and modernize the presentation layer of enterprise Drupal sites, focusing heavily on custom Drupal theming and Twig template architecture
• Configure and manage front-end assets (CSS/JS) efficiently using YAML configuration and .libraries.yml asset management structures
• Collaborate seamlessly with backend Drupal engineers and UX/Design teams to build clean, maintainable component libraries that match visual design specifications
• Ensure all front-end code adheres strictly to the target Drupal version's core modern theming standards, accessibility guidelines, and performance best practices
• Provide technical expertise during the migration lifecycle, troubleshooting front-end layout issues, refactoring legacy CSS/JS, and optimizing client-side performance
