We’re partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to support a highly specialized Neurosurgery practice. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage scheduling, referrals, and patient coordination while supporting a high-quality patient experience.
What You’ll Be Doing…
• Coordinate patient appointments, procedures, referrals, and follow-up care across a multidisciplinary neurosurgery care team
• Support insurance authorization and verification workflows while communicating with patients and payers as needed
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, ensuring timely communication and continuity of care
• Collaborate with providers, APCs, nursing, and administrative staff to support efficient clinic operations
• Maintain accurate scheduling, referral, and patient information within the EMR system while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Independently manage multiple priorities in a high-volume specialty clinic environment
Here’s What Your Work History Needs to Show as Evidence That You’re the Right Candidate…
• At least 1 year of administrative experience in a medical or healthcare setting OR 2 years of administrative/customer service experience in a fast-paced office environment
• Experience with scheduling, referral coordination, insurance verification/authorizations, or front-end clinic operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Experience handling confidential patient information with professionalism and discretion
• Prior experience in a specialty clinic, surgical office, or care coordination role preferred
• EMR experience required; Epic experience strongly preferred

Location: Seattle, WA (100% onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30AM–5:00PM
Employment Model: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $24.00–$26.00 per hour
