Are you someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced healthcare environment where accuracy, discretion, and organization matter? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a busy hospice administration team.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide front-office and administrative support including answering phones, transferring calls, and supporting daily office operations
• Maintain and manage confidential documents, records, and correspondence
• Support physicians, executives, and leadership with scheduling, coordination, and meeting preparation
• Assist with data compilation, reporting, and basic analysis for leadership and project support
• Use Epic, Microsoft Office, WebEx, and Teams to manage communication, documents, and workflows
• Provide professional support for meetings, including working with board-level and physician groups
• Assist with special projects, prioritization, and follow-through to ensure deadlines are met
What Your Work History Should Show
• Clerical, office, or administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting
• Experience working with confidential or sensitive information
• Strong phone etiquette with experience answering and transferring calls
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning systems such as Epic
• Ability to prioritize, exercise sound judgment, and work independently
• Professional presence, strong follow-through, and organizational skills
Additional Details
Location: Tacoma, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Range: $24–$30 per hour
Assignment: Temp to hire
Compliance: Must be able to pass a criminal background check
