Our client, a small and family-oriented company, looking for an Administrative Warehouse Assistant to provide both administrative and light warehouse support. What You’ll Be Doing
- Receive 0–5 product deliveries per day and match invoices, shipping documents, and purchase orders
- Enter data into QuickBooks and internal inventory/billing systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Organize, label, and track inventory by project and maintain tidy, well-organized storage areas
- Move and handle products (under 50 lbs.) and assist with product placement or labeling as needed
- Support administrative staff with data entry, phones, and other ad hoc administrative tasks between deliveries
- Collaborate with a small team of admins and warehouse techs to ensure smooth daily operations
Here’s What Your Work History Needs to Show
- 1–2 years of administrative experience; warehouse or inventory experience a plus
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and assist wherever needed
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. (with help available)

- Location: Bellevue, WA (100% Onsite)
- Pay Rate: $23–$25 per hour DOE
- Assignment Type: Temporary - 3 months (possible extension)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Compliance: Must be able to pass a criminal background check
