Benefits Specialist

Are you an experienced Benefits Specialist with strong Workday skills? We're partnering with our client in Bellevue seeking a temporary Benefits Specialist to support employee benefits administration, workers' compensation, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing…

• Respond to employee benefits inquiries regarding eligibility, enrollments, life events, and deductions
• Process benefits transactions in Workday, including enrollments, status changes, and terminations
• Calculate and process PTO and EIB cash-outs related to job changes and separations
• Coordinate with benefits vendors to resolve enrollment, eligibility, and coverage issues
• Support new hire benefits administration and provide backup for New Employee Orientation
• Assist with workers' compensation administration, including claim follow-up, audits, and OSHA reporting
• Maintain accurate records while providing exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders

Here's What Your Work History Needs to Show as Evidence That You're the Right Candidate…

• 2–4 years of employee benefits administration experience
• Hands-on Workday benefits administration experience (required)
• Experience supporting workers' compensation claims and vendor coordination
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details

• Location: Bellevue, WA (100% onsite)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am-5pm (can be flexible with start time 7am-9am)
• Pay: $38.00–$41.00 per hour DOE
• Assignment Length: Temporary, approximately 4–6 months
• Start Date: ASAP
