This is a full-time, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ for a Corporate Recruiter. The Corporate Recruiter will manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the company. Additional responsibilities include building talent pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, extending job offers, and managing candidate experiences to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The recruiter will also contribute to employer branding and develop recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proficiency in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines and relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and candidates
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting
- Experience in recruitment for logistics or supply chain roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
