Role Description
The National Account Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Charlotte, NC. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with key accounts, developing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, fulfill customer expectations, and align with company objectives. Regular responsibilities include contract negotiations, performance reporting, resolving customer challenges, and ensuring strategic alignment between Pace Logistics and its clients.
Salary Range
Salary can vary based on experience. Starting $50,000 Commission
