About The Role
The Pacaso Sales Team provides best-in-class experience in introducing the co-ownership model and bringing on new prospective buyers within specified markets. As an Account Manager based in Napa, you will play a critical, elevated role in delivering an exceptional post-sale experience for Pacaso owners and supporting resale success, expansion opportunities, and high-impact referrals.
This field-based position is ideal for someone with deep local ties, strong presence in high-net-worth (HNW) environments, and a passion for luxury client service. In addition to managing a portfolio of owners, you will serve as a trusted local resource by touring Pacasos with prospective buyers, engaging in-person with owners in the San Francisco Bay Area, and partnering closely with the Sales team.
This role blends strategic account and relationship management with in-person real estate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-sale advisor for owners in Napa and surrounding areas, delivering high-touch support from onboarding through resale, referrals, or expansion
- Act as a field-based partner to Sales, assisting with in-person property tours for prospective buyers
- Meet with Pacaso owners in Napa and San Francisco and surrounding areas to build relationships and deepen engagement
- Provide data-informed resale strategy guidance, including pricing recommendations and buyer sentiment insights
- Maintain regular communication with owners to uncover referral opportunities and identify upsell potential
- Support the end-to-end resale process in collaboration with sales leadership, gaining full visibility into each stage and accelerating certification
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Industry Relations, Marketing, and Operations to deliver a seamless, consistent ownership experience
- Share local insights and relationship context to help optimize resale timing, pricing, and marketing strategy
- Represent Pacaso in local real estate communities and serve as a trusted face of the brand in the Napa luxury market
Who You Are
- Based in Napa with strong local knowledge and professional connections
- Willing and able to travel frequently for owner meetings and property tours
- 5 years of experience in luxury real estate, high-value client service, or sales
- Confident working with high-net-worth individuals, with excellent in-person presence and relationship skills
- Experience working with or on a real estate team in Napa is a strong plus
- Skilled in interpreting market trends, managing client expectations, and delivering value through strategy and service
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Familiar with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and confident using data to guide actions
- BA/BS degree preferred
