Account Manager - Fine Wine Solutions
This is a hospitality-driven, relationship-focused role that requires an understanding of the fine wine industry and expertise in sales and client service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with discerning clientele
- Provide tailored recommendations for wine collections
- Oversee logistics related to new wine purchases and storage accounts
Key Requirements:
- Passion for fine wine
- Exceptional interpersonal and client satisfaction skills
- Advanced experience working with computer software

Preferred Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Requires finger and wrist manipulation more than 90% of the time.
Travel Requirements:
Hybrid role – no less than 3 days in the office per week. Occasional local or regional travel may be required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 3 years in a hospitality-oriented role or 5 years combined in hospitality, wine, and/or sales
