- We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive—a seasoned, strategic sales leader with deep experience in the jewelry, eyewear and accessories industries. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy, serving as the bridge between our production capabilities and our design services. You will partner directly with the CEO and executive team to expand our footprint within target industries.

• You are a Design Advocate: You understand how to sell creative services. You are comfortable bridging the gap between a production-focused design team and a premium brand’s creative vision. Ideally, you have relatable experience with visual merchandising, specifically displays, packaging and retail fixtures.
• You are a Process Leader: You excel at scoping projects and writing proposals. You know that precision and follow-through aren’t optional—they’re how we earn trust.

Key Responsibilities:
• New Business Acquisition: Identify and close new North American strategic partnerships in the jewelry, eyewear, accessories and specialty retail sectors for volume display, packaging and retail fixture programs..
• Proposal Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end creation of client project scoping and proposals. You will be the primary author and strategist for these documents, ensuring alignment between the Design, Project, and Account Management teams.
• Presentation Strategy: Collaborate with the broader sales team (BDAs, Account Managers, Coordinators) to build and deliver compelling creative capability presentations that win business.
Leadership & Mentorship
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and potentially direct management to Business Development Associates, helping them refine their prospecting and outreach strategies.
• Market Intelligence: Bring insights from the field back to the leadership team to help evolve our service offerings.
• Help serve as a representative of the company within our active industries, through participation in events, associations, trade shows, etc.
Qualifications
• Experience: Approximately 7 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Senior B2B sales role.
• Methodology: Proven expertise in MEDDPICC or similar complex enterprise sales methodologies.
• Industry Background: Deep experience in the premium goods, design, retail, watch, jewelry, eyewear, and/or accessories sectors. Strong network within active industries is required. Highly preferred that candidate has experience in display, packaging and/or retail fixturing programs.
• Skills: Exceptional proposal writing and project scoping abilities. You must be able to articulate complex design and manufacturing concepts clearly.
• Personality: High emotional intelligence, naturally relationship-oriented, and possesses a "Sales Mindset"—driven to win, but understanding that our win is inseparable from our clients’ success.
• Location: Ideally based in the NYC Metro area with the ability to work from our Paramus, NJ office.
• Must have a car.
